PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantum interference device that can effectively enhance the intensity of an EIT (electromagnetically induced transparency) signal, and an atomic oscillator, electronic equipment and a mobile body including the quantum interference device.SOLUTION: An atomic oscillator 1 of the present invention includes: an atomic cell 2 encapsulating an alkali metal; a first light source unit 31 emitting a pair of resonance beams LL1 both circularly polarized in the same direction and resonating the alkali metal; a second light source unit 32 emitting a pair of control beams LL2 both circularly polarized in an opposite direction to that of the pair of resonance beams LL1 and having a larger line width than that of the resonance beams LL1; and a light-receiving unit 4 receiving the pair of resonance beams LL1 that has passed through the atomic cell 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
