摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accurate flow rate measurement method of a particulate matter.SOLUTION: There is provided a flow rate measurement method for obtaining the flow rate of a particulate matter 10 conveyed by conveyance means 8 using density and interspace of the particulate matter 10, the conveyance speed of the conveyance means, the influence of the slipping and the cross section of the particulate matter. A particle size distribution is obtained by imaging the particulate matter 10 with imaging means 2 and 3, and subjecting the resultant image to smoothing processing and binarization processing. The density and interspace of the particulate matter 10 are estimated using the particle size distribution by grain size distribution calculation processing. Two original images having a time difference are subjected to signal processing and a feature point is extracted, the extracted feature point is analyzed by optical flow processing, thereby obtaining influence of slipping of the particulate matter 10. The cross section of the particulate matter is obtained based on a white pixel in a difference image between the two original images.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
