摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a frequency of adjustment for vertical displacement in an existing structure.SOLUTION: A displacement adjustment method in underpinning of the present invention comprises the following steps for: calculating an estimated vertical displacement of an overpass 2 after starting excavation in a repair section (101); calculating a critical time, which is a time when a difference between a greatest value and a smallest value of each vertical displacement exceeds an allowed width for the first time (102); identifying an earliest critical time, which is the critical time that arrives earliest among the calculated critical time values (103); deriving a tentative adjusted displacement such that the greatest value of each of the estimated vertical displacements before reaching the earliest critical time remains below an upper limit of a management width and the smallest value remains above a lower limit of the management width (104); and deriving an auxiliary tentative adjusted displacement in an auxiliary repair section such that the vertical displacement of the overpass 2 in the repair section when each of the tentative adjusted displacements is applied to each of support points continues smoothly with the vertical displacement in a non-repair section (105).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
