摘要 Described is an artificial finger which comprises a proximal section; a mid section hingedly connected to the proximal section; a distal section hingedly connected to the mid section; a first connection member with a proximal end and a distal end pivotally attached to the mid section; and a second connection member with a proximal end pivotally attached to the proximal section and a distal end pivotally attached to the distal section. The second connection member provides under-actuated motion to the distal section of the mechanical finger.
