The present invention relates to a system for automatically assembling an exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) cooler which is a high-performance, high-efficiency and eco-friendly vehicle part which significantly reduces nitrogen oxide generation. The system has a middle frame (C) above a base frame (B); has a guide rail (52, 52′) on either side of the center of the middle frame (C); installs a cell tube holder (40) on which a lifting jig (41) is mounted; forms lower baffle plate jigs (51, 51′) which move up and down by a hydraulic cylinder (50), below a cell tube (10) as one piece integrated to a holder frame (F) so that both upper sides of the holder frame (F) slide forward and backward on the guide rails (52, 52′) by an air cylinder (53); has a tube aligning and bending jig (61, 61′) on either side of the cell tube holder (40) so that the jigs slide from side to side simultaneously by hydraulic cylinders (60, 60′); has hydraulic cylinders (70, 70′) equipped with side burring plate jigs (71, 71′) at the rear of the hydraulic cylinders (60, 60′) equipped with the tube aligning and bending jigs (61, 61′); and has upper baffle plate jigs (81, 81′) which move up and down by a hydraulic cylinder (80), above the hydraulic cylinders (70, 70′). |
