PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fresh cheese manufacturing device which allows a consumer to process cow milk distributed in the market to directly and easily manufacture a fresh cheese such as a cottage cheese or mozzarella cheese.SOLUTION: The fresh cheese manufacturing device includes: a container part 110 in which heating and coagulation processing of cow milk and a coagulant is performed and an agitated coagulated object is generated; and a pressing part 120 maintaining a fixed posture along an inner side face of the container part 110, moved and lowered by an external force, and applying a weak pressure uniformly in a whole area of the agitated coagulated object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
