PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation method of ozone resistance capable of accurately measuring crack occurrence time and crack occurrence rate, and provide a prediction method of an ozone resistance life capable of precisely and rapidly predicting the crack occurrence time when used.SOLUTION: The evaluation method of ozone resistance includes: a process 1-1 of irradiating a rubber material with ozone in a state in which a static strain is applied to the rubber material, and counting cracks in each period; and a process 1-2 of estimating a crack occurrence time on the basis of the time change in the counted number of cracks, and setting the crack occurrence time as an ozone resistance index.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
