PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid level gauge with which it is possible to prevent the breakage of a diaphragm and increase resistance to chemicals and moisture permeation while suppressing costs.SOLUTION: The liquid level gauge has a body part provided with a pressure sensor in an inside space and a nozzle part extending from the body part and having a passage formed therein. The inside space and the passage communicate with each other, and a first gel is filled in the passage on the tip side of the nozzle part and a second gel is filled in the passage on the rear end side of the nozzle part and the inside space, the second gel having its boundary with the first gel covered with a metal thin-film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
