COOLING AND HEATING SYSTEM AND OPERATION METHOD THEREOF

A cooling and heating system is disclosed. The cooling and heating system provided to a windowless space comprises: a fan discharging air inside the windowless space; and a tube separately provided from the fan and connected to enable the air to be introduced into the windowless space passing through an underground space. The tube enables the external air to be introduced into the windowless space when pressure inside the windowless space is reduced by discharging the air inside the windowless space to the outside using the fan. Therefore, the cooling and heating system can saves energy by reducing cooling and heating loads of the windowless space.
