An embodiment of the present invention relates to a fuel supply system equipped with a moisture-proof pressure sensor. The objective of the present embodiment is to provide a fuel supply system, equipped with a pressure sensor, which is scarcely influenced by moisture due to an aluminum oxide coating layered onto an electrode layer vulnerable to moisture. This structure prevents a change in resistance of the electrode layer attributed to a change in humidity, and the fuel supply system comprises: a fuel rail installed in an engine of a vehicle, and supplied with fuel to distribute the fuel to the injectors; a mounting holder attached to a portion of the fuel rail, and used to install the fuel rail in the engine; an injector cup attached to a portion of the fuel rail, accommodating the injector therein, and making the fuel rail and the injector communicate with each other; a pressure sensor which includes an electrode, a gauge portion which surrounds the electrode and converts a pressure signal to an electrical signal, and a silicon layer which covers and protects the gauge portion, in which the electrode has an aluminum surface to transfer an electrical signal, the surface being oxidized to form a uniform thickness oxide coating layer thereon and to become water-repellent such that water does not condense on the surface but flows down along the surface, thereby reducing a change in resistance attributable to moisture; a PCB electrically connected to the electrode, has a hollow portion in which the sensor element is disposed, and which processes a signal generated by the sensor element; and a sensor boss attached to a side of the fuel rail, including a sensor installation portion in which the pressure sensor is installed and a connection port which makes the sensor installation portion and the fuel rail communicate with each other. |
