PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition which prevents or improves a lifestyle diseases or metabolic syndrome, further to provide a composition which prevents or improves two or more conditions or symptoms selected from the group consisting of insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, hyperlipidemia (dyslipidemia), hypertension, visceral fat obesity, and hepatic steatosis.SOLUTION: We found out that a composition containing glycero-phosphocholine and carnitine as an active ingredient activates the ligand of PPARα simultaneously with the ligand of PPARγ, and we completed the invention.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
