PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the user of an EC system to perform a batch inquiry and management of the progress of each transaction which occurs in the EC system, and to enable the user of the EC system to perform a batch inquiry and management of the progress of each transaction having different characteristics which occurs in the EC system.SOLUTION: A server in which an ERP operates includes a database in which task data are registered, and receives task data from an EC site and a backbone business system, and in response to a progress data transmission request instruction from the manager or customer of the EC site, transmits, to a terminal which transmits the progress data transmission request, progress data for allowing the display device of the terminal to display a progress data display screen for displaying the progress of each task process by referring to the database.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 16 |
