By configuring a hydrogen peroxide plasma ionization generating apparatus in a structure having double jet nozzles forming an air inflow passage, the hydrogen peroxide plasma ionization generating apparatus comprising the double jet nozzles provided according to the present invention allows spraying in a much finer particle size than the size of hydrogen peroxide and ion particles sprayed through a conventional single jet nozzle.
