A heat treatment device system for a circular seam of a nuclear power steam generator and the use thereof. The system includes a heat treatment apparatus, a flow-controllable cold wind ventilator, a temperature- and flow-controllable hot wind ventilator, a displacement measuring system, a temperature detection system, and a non-destructive testing apparatus. During the manufacturing process of the nuclear power steam generator, the heat treatment device system for the circular seam of the nuclear power steam generator could be used to dock the upper circular steam (11) firstly, and then the lower circular steam (21). The system can not only prevent the emergence of pits caused by permanent impressions in heat exchange tubes, but also optimize the manufacturing process of the steam generator, and therefore reduce the whole manufacturing cycle of the steam generator. |
