Provided are an uplink carrier aggregation method and a base station. When all CC in an aggregated carrier group are aggregated, and when a total transmitting power needed by a UE is greater than a maximum transmitting power of the UE, a pre-set adjustment rule is selected to adjust the CCs in the aggregated carrier group, so that the total transmitting power needed when all the adjusted CCs in the aggregated carrier group are aggregated is not greater than the maximum transmitting power of the UE, and uplink data are transmitted by using each adjusted CC in the aggregated carrier group and the UE. Thus, it is ensured that the total transmitting power needed when all the adjusted CCs in the aggregated carrier group are aggregated is not greater than the maximum transmitting power of the UE, when a base station transmits the uplink data by using each adjusted CC in the aggregated carrier group and the UE, the problem of UE power back-off will not be generated, each CC in the aggregated carrier group can transmit the uplink data according to the transmitting power allocated to this CC by the UE, and the data transmission efficiency of each CC in the aggregated carrier group is improved. |
