A COMPREHENSIVE TREATMENT METHOD FOR GULONIC ACID FERMENTATION BROTH

The present invention provides a comprehensive treatment method for a gulonic acid fermentation broth. Gulonic acid fermentation broth firstly is filtered through an organic membrane, then the obtained residue is filtered through a ceramic membrane for further concentration. The residue is washed by addition of water after the filtrate is filtered off, all the filtrates obtained after filtration of the ceramic membrane are combined and filtered through an organic membrane to ensure the removal of proteins, and then the residue obtained from ceramic membrane filtration is made into feed protein through scraper drying. As compared with the prior art, the present invention has advantages of reducing water consuming, improving the filtrate quality, increasing the gulonic acid in filtrate concentration, and reaching an overall ultrafiltration yield of 98.92％or more. Meanwhile the residue is concentrated. The solid content of ceramic membrane residue is of 15-20％. The residue can be made into feed protein directly by scraper drier process, and thereby the multipurpose use of residue and the greatly reducing three-waste emissions is realized.
