PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric fishing reel capable of performing remote control by a mobile type communication terminal such as smartphones having high prevalence.SOLUTION: A system is provided for performing remote control by a communication terminal 1 preliminarily provided with Bluetooth(R) or/and a wireless communication module of Wi-Fi and a wireless communication of an electric fishing reel 6. The system selects a command for controlling the electric fishing reel 6 by the user interface in the communication terminal 1, and transmits the command to the electric fishing reel 6. The communication terminal 1 and the electric fishing reel 6 perform reception/transmission of a connection request signal along with the equipment ID of the reel 6 between the electric fishing reel 6 and the communication terminal 1, and transmit a connection enabling signal to the electric fishing reel 6 having the equipment ID when the communication terminal 1 receives the connection request signal, and thereby establish a communication protocol and perform transmission/reception of a keep-alive signal to each other until completing the program.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
