Disclosed are a self-adaptive adjustment method and device of a projector, and computer storage medium, the method comprising: when a user selects to adjust luminance, acquiring an average luminance value of a current screen, and calculating an absolute value of the difference between the average luminance value and a preset normal average luminance value; if the absolute value is greater than or equal to a first preset threshold, then simultaneously adjusting a projection luminance and a luminance of an image; if the absolute value is greater than or equal to a second preset threshold and less than the first preset threshold, then simply continuing to adjust the projection luminance, if the absolute value is greater than or equal to a third preset threshold and less than the second preset threshold, then simply adjusting the luminance of the image, and if the absolute value is less than the third preset threshold, then forbidding adjusting of the luminance; and transmitting the self-adaptive-adjusted screen data to a projection module for projection. |
