PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine device capable of improving the accuracy of measuring the amount of nitrogen oxide substances in exhaust gas on the outlet side of an SCR case 29, and achieving the compact outline dimension of the SCR case 29.SOLUTION: An engine device includes a urea mixing pipe 39 for injecting urea water into exhaust gas from an engine 1, and an SCR case 29 for removing nitrogen oxide substances from the exhaust gas from the engine 1, the SCR case 29 being connected at its exhaust gas inlet side to the exhaust gas outlet side of the urea mixing pipe 39. Herein, a NOx sensor 110 is provided for detecting the nitrogen oxide substances included in the exhaust gas inside the SCR case 29. A tapered part 141 in a truncated-cone tapered shape is formed on the exhaust gas outlet side of the SCR case 29, and the NOx sensor 110 is mounted on the tapered part 141.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15 |
