The present invention relates to a peeling apparatus for removing the skins of grains, and to a grain peeling apparatus in which the center axes of two peeling rollers are arranged to be offset from each other so as to peel the grains by means of displacement with respect to an axial movement distance of the grains passing between the peeling rollers. The present invention is provided with the pair of peeling rollers for peeling the grains, and then the grains are fed between the peeling rollers so as to peel the grains, wherein the center axes of the pair of peeling rollers are provided to be offset from each other, the peeling roller of the pair of peeling rollers, to which rotating power of a motor is transferred, is fixed, the peeling roller receiving the rotating power by means of the grains passing between the peeling rollers is provided to be spaced from the fixed peeling roller, and the peeling roller receiving the rotating power has an angle adjusting means of which both ends are adjusted to be vertically moved so as to adjust an angle in which the center axes of the peeling rollers are offset. The present invention has a gap adjusting means for adjusting a gap between the peeling rollers by moving the peeling roller forward to and backward from the fixed peeling roller by means of the rotation of a transfer screw shaft. |
