The apparatus has a plate (P) that is arranged with a referencing unit for referencing a set of parts having a kinematic function. A control drive (1) is arranged with a set of fixed contacts and a set of mobile contacts (8). A containment part (17) is arranged to partly delimit an arc extinguishing chamber (22), where the plate is arranged with the containment part. The containment part is formed as a single-piece. A thermal safety device (10) is arranged for providing protection against prolonged electric current loads.
