<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RFID tag manufacturing paper sheet to facilitate manufacturing of an RFID tag. <P>SOLUTION: In an RFID tag manufacturing paper sheet, a layer 70 to be peeled, a peeling layer 60 that is temporarily attached to the layer to be peeled 70 and enables the layer 70 to be peeled to be easily peeled, a communication layer 40 having an RFID function, and a print layer 20 for printing are laminated in order from a lower layer side.
