PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-soluble cutting oil agent good in waste water treatability and less in aggressiveness to equipment.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to the water-soluble cutting oil agent containing (A) mineral oil or synthetic oil having an aniline point of 85 to 110°C of 10 to 80 wt.%, (B) primary alkanolamine of 1 to 6 wt.%, (C) an organic acid compound of 4 to 20 wt.%, (D) a nonionic surfactant having HLB of 1 to 6 calculated by a Griffin formula of 1 to 10 wt.% and (E) water. |
