According to an embodiment of the present invention, a relay device comprises: a movable contact spring which has at least one movable contact; a stationary contact assembly having at least one stationary contact disposed to be opposite to the movable contact; an actuator which applies a driving force to the movable contact spring to bring the stationary contacts into contact with the movable contacts; and a base plate which supports and fixates the movable contact spring, the stationary contact assembly and the actuator. The actuator comprises: a bobbin having a hollow part therein; a coil case to accommodate the bobbin; a core which is inserted into the hollow part and is oscillated by an electric current flowing in a coil wound around the bobbin; and an electromagnetic block having a core pin to transmit the restoring force of a leaf spring disposed on the bottom of the coil case through the core.
