A laminate sheet fabricating apparatus (30) fabricates a laminate sheet (40) by attaching a first resin layer (3) and a second resin layer (4) to both sides of a fiber base material (2). The laminate sheet fabricating apparatus (30) comprises: sheets (91a), (91b) between which a laminate (40') sequentially including the first resin layer (3), the fiber base material (2), and the second resin layer (4) is disposed; and a decompressing means (8) for decompressing a gap between the sheets (91a), (91b) in a state where the laminate (40') is disposed between the sheets (91a), (91b), wherein when the gap is decompressed by the decompressing means (8), the laminate (40') is pressed at the respective sheets (91a), (91b) so as to bond the first resin layer (3), the fiber base material (2), and the second resin layer (4) by pressure and thus to form the laminate sheet (40). |
