摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell stress condition determination method or cell stress condition detection kit which is more simplified and accurate than the prior arts, or a screening method of prevention or therapeutic agents for diseases caused by cell stress. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention is completed by discovering that 1-methyladenosine, 5-methylcytidine, and pseudouridine can be utilized as an early-stage marker of a cell stress condition. As a solution, one or two or more modified nucleic acids selected from among 1-methyladenosine, 5-methylcytidine, and pseudouridine of a specimen are detected to determine the cell stress condition of a tissue. Furthermore, a cell stress condition detection kit is provided which contains anti-1-methyladenosine monoclonal antibody, anti-pseudouridine monoclonal antibody, or anti-5-methylcytidine monoclonal antibody. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
