The purpose of the present invention is to provide a rescue information interaction apparatus and a method using the same capable of totally analyzing information of a special disaster site by accurately obtaining the information of the special disaster site and capable of rapidly delivering an accurate command through an unified communication system. The rescue information interaction system comprises: a data obtaining unit to receive situation information of a rescuer for a rescuer measured from a terminal given to a plurality of rescuers, photographed images, and situation information for a rescue target inputted from the terminal and to obtain site information for a rescue site from an external apparatus; a control unit to write a list of the rescue target based on information obtained from the data obtaining unit, to match a rescuable rescuer with a rescue target included in the list based on position information of the rescuer, the position information of the rescue target, and the environmental information included in the situation information obtained from the terminals, and to deliver the situation information of the rescue target matched with the rescuer and a simulation execution result to the rescuer by executing a rescue simulation for each rescuer based on the situation information obtained from the terminals, the photographed image and the site information; and a display unit to display the matching result and the execution result of the control unit. |
