The present invention relates to a crime prevention photographing system for a vehicle capable of multi-directional photographing while recognizing the vehicle by being installed on a main road or at a place requiring security. Specifically, the crime prevention photographing system of the present invention includes: a camera which is fixed and installed at a fixed height from the ground, and comprises a lens toward the ground; a multi-directional conversion part to realize multi-directional photographing as to a subject using light reflection while being installed at the front of the lens; a control part which controls to drive the camera by sensing a traveling vehicle, and recognizes a vehicle number from an image signal photographed from the camera; and a control center which receives the image signal and the recognized vehicle number from the control part by data communication with at least one control part, and manages and monitors vehicle monitoring data including the image signal and the vehicle number.
