The present invention relates to an optimal condition managing system for a high-voltage motor, and more specifically to a system to diagnose an insulation state of coils of an alternating current (AC) motor operated by a three-phase AC signal outputted from a high-voltage rotating machine. A method to diagnose an insulation state of coils of an AC motor according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a step of cutting off two signal lines of three-phase AC lines outputted from the high-voltage rotating machine; a step of cutting off one line except for the two lines cut off in the previous step and connecting the one line by using a resistor; and a step of diagnosing an insulation state of an AC motor by measuring a current passing through the resistor while normally operating the high-voltage rotating machine. The step of diagnosing an insulation state of an AC motor further comprises a cut off step, a connection step and a diagnosis step of diagnosing an insulation state of the rotating machine by being configured to diagnose an insulation state by measuring a resistance generated in the coil using a loop sensor; and accurately measure a waveform by installing a waveform measurement unit to diagnose the waveform transmitted through the loop sensor, thereby precisely and accurately diagnosing an insulation state of the high-voltage rotating machine. |
