The invention relates to a method of making the bread of aerated dough. The method involves the processes: mixing of the dough, aeration of the dough, dividing the dough into portions of a specified weight and baking the dough. At that the dividing process is carried out after completion of the mixing process before the aeration process and the aeration process is carried out separately for each portion of dough and then the bread made of aerated dough is baked.
