A device for bulk food heat treatment contains a food heat-treatment chamber equipped with a food loading device located in the upper part in which there are located one below the other at least two horizontal conveyers for food movement, inlet air-duct located in a chamber lower section, heat generator and fan assembly. A conveyer band of horizontal conveyers for food movement is made as perforated one. Distance between lower surface of the upper and upper surface of lower horizontal conveyer is within 80…100 mm. The device is equipped with an outlet air-duct placed in the upper section of a chamber and connects a chamber with a thermal generator through a fan assembly.
