Disclosed is a thermal transfer printer comprising: a filter unit to which air introduced from a worktable for printing installed within a printing room of a thermal transfer printer is introduced; a cooling unit to which air which has passed through the filter is introduced; and a vacuum motor to which air which has passed through the cooling unit is taken in. According to the present invention, since moisture and oil of air introduced to a vacuum motor are removed and introduced air is cooled, durability of the vacuum motor can be sufficiently secured. Meanwhile, according to the present invention, since the thermal transfer printer performs oil and moisture removal and cooling, before outwardly discharging air introduced from the worktable for thermal transfer printing, pollution of a work environment and external environment when a thermal transfer printing operation is performed is minimized. |
