A heating device is made of a metal foil or a thin sheet in the form of a double spiral and/or a winding line with two end points and a size of the cross-section of a cigarette or a small cigar. The said device is designed for evaporation of substances containing active and/or aromatic ingredients from a holder (2), said holder is made as a hollow cylinder with one or more evaporating membranes and a connector for plug-type connection with a controlled or regulated electric power source. At that gaps in said double spiral and/or winding line of the heating device are free and permeable for transmission of fluid flows, and said heating device has a surface contact with at least one evaporating membrane which is also permeable for transmission of fluid flows and said membrane is or becomes moistened by a substance containing active and/or aromatic ingredients subjected to evaporation. Both the heating device and at least one evaporating membrane are located perpendicular or at a certain angle to the direction of fluid flows through the holder. The fluid flow completely passes through the heating device and the evaporating membranes. The heating device evaporates substances containing active and/or aromatic ingredients located on the evaporating membrane or the evaporating membranes and feeds the fluid flow.
