The present invention relates to an automatic security lamp flickering device having a locking function. The device comprises: an automatic flickering device body (110) configured to automatically control on/off of a security lamp; a security lamp flickering device enclosure (120) including a case body (121) and a door (123); and a locking device unit (130) for locking and unlocking the door (123). Therefore, the device prevents the security lamp flickering device enclosure from being arbitrarily opened. |
