ANTIBODIES TO FcRH5, THEIR IMMUNOCONJUGATES AND METHODS OF THEIR USE

FIELD: biotechnology.SUBSTANCE: isolated monoclonal antibody to FcRH5 is proposed, characterized in sequences of HVR. Also a polynucleotide, an expression vector and a host cell for producing an antibody, according to the invention, are considered. In addition, based on the antibody, according to the invention, the immunoconjugate are proposed, intended to inhibit the growth of cells expressing FcRH5; to determine the presence of FcRH5; for treatment of a disorder associated with increased expression and/or activity of FcRH5; and also a pharmaceutical composition for treatment of a disorder associated with increased expression and/or activity of FcRH5. The use of the immunoconjugate, according to the invention, is shown, for production of medicinal preparations for inhibiting the growth of cells expressing FcRH5, and for treatment of a proliferative disorder mediated by FcRH5. Also, a method of producing a conjugate of the invention and a method of determining in vitro of the presence of FcRH5in a sample is proposed.
