The present invention relates to an implantable flexible biosensor and a method of manufacturing the same. The implantable flexible biosensor includes a needle and a jig. The needle includes a first metal film which is flexible and has conductivity, a second metal film which is flexible, has conductivity and is spaced apart from the first metal film at an interval, a working electrode formed on the first metal film, and an auxiliary electrode formed on the second metal film. The jig fixes each of end portions of the first and second metal films to support the needle.
