PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic powder capable of forming a wide ceramic film with a high yield.SOLUTION: A ceramic powder comprises secondary particles each formed by coagulation of a plurality of primary particles. The plurality of primary particles comprises ceramic crystals (A) and transition metal oxide crystals (B) having a Magneli-phase structure and having a crystal grain size of 1 μm or less. The average particle size of the secondary particles is within a range of 1 μm or more and 100 μm or less. A ceramic film is formed of the ceramic powder.
