PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealant for a solar battery, which enables the suppression of the worsening of adhesion owing to the aging after manufacturing.SOLUTION: A sealant for a solar battery comprises a composition including an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer, an organic peroxide, a silane coupling agent including an epoxy group, and a silane coupling agent including a (meth)acryloyl group. Supposing that the content of the silane coupling agent including an epoxy group to 100 pts.mass of the ethylene/α-olefin copolymer is W(SC(A)) in units of pt.mass, and the content of the silane coupling agent including a (meth)acryloyl group to 100 pts.mass of the ethylene/α-olefin copolymer is W(SC(B)), the content of the silane coupling agent in the composition satisfies the following formulas: (Formula 1) and (Formula 2): 0.1<W(SC(B)) (Formula 1); and 0.8<W(SC(A))/W(SC(B))<3 (Formula 2).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
