PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine control device for a vehicle capable of securing necessary braking force by restricting increase of an output of an internal combustion engine by blipping control during an automatic brake control operation, and normally operating a collision damage reduction system, surely reducing collision damage of an occupant, and reducing shock in down shift change.SOLUTION: Distance measuring means is disposed to detect a distance to at least an obstacle, and an output increase amount of an internal combustion engine is controlled on the basis of the distance from the obstacle detected by the distance measuring means in controlling the increase of output by blipping control in the automatic brake control operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
