PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an image sensor capable of increasing wavelength selectivity of each pixel thus improving sensitivity and photo-efficiency while reducing the pixel size to less than or equal to a predetermined size; and an electronic device including the same.SOLUTION: An image sensor of the present invention includes a semiconductor substrate integrated with a plurality of photo-sensing devices, and a nanopattern layer positioned atop the semiconductor substrate and having a plurality of nanopatterns. A single nanopattern included in the plurality of nanopatterns is arranged at a position corresponding to a single photo-sensing device included in the plurality of photo-sensing devices.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
