PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a thermoelectric conversion device, in which first and second conductive paste are hard to flow.SOLUTION: In s step of pressing a laminate 80, first of all, the laminate is pressed while being heated to a temperature that is lower than a fusion point of a thermoplastic resin, the thermoplastic resin is elastically deformed and a pressure in a direction vertical to a direction of lamination is applied, such that first and second conductive paste 41 and 51 are adhered to front and rear patterns 21 and 31. The laminate is then pressed while being heated to a temperature that is equal to or higher than the fusion point of the thermoplastic resin, the thermoplastic resin flows while being made flow outsides and a pressure in the direction vertical to the direction of lamination is applied, such that the first and second conductive paste 41 and 51 are solid-phase-sintered. Thus, since the first and second conductive paste 41 and 51 are adhered to the front and rear patterns 21 and 31, when the laminate is pressed at the temperature equal to or higher than the fusion point, the first and second conductive paste 41 and 51 are hard to flow.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
