PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recommendation device and a recommendation method capable of switching from a prepaid card to a credit card smoothly.SOLUTION: A recommendation device comprises: a settlement storage part 511 for storing a settlement state for every user who performs settlement by using a prepaid type card; an evaluation part 521 for evaluating the user, at least based on the settlement state by the prepaid; and a recommend part 523 for, recommending issuance of a card having a credit function, instead of the prepaid type card, to the user whose evaluation result is equal to or more than a predetermined result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12 |
