PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily fix an IC tag at the predetermined position of a poster and a bulletin board to skillfully utilize it as information provision means.SOLUTION: A poster device includes a poster and a mount that overlaps with the poster to hold it. In the mount, an IC tag is attached to a part overlapping with a reading position (touch point) of the poster. It is preferable that the IC tag is provided at the intersection of grid-like coordinates or inside of a frame provided on the mount.
