PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water treatment device and a water treatment method capable of efficiently using ion exchange capacity of ion exchange resin, without requiring a large installation space.SOLUTION: A water treatment device comprises: a water tank 38; a partition wall 44 for partitioning inside of the water tank 38 into a water treatment chamber 40 and a water storage chamber 42; and a bag-shaped object 50 for storing ion exchange resin 48, and having water permeability. The partition wall 44 has a communication path 46 for communicating the water treatment chamber 40 and the water storage chamber 42, and the bag-shaped object 50 is disposed in the water treatment chamber 40 so as to cover the water treatment chamber 40 side opening of the communication path 46.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
