PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to discharge a coating material from a liquid reservoir part in a short time while suppressing liquid splash.SOLUTION: A contact/separate mechanism 20 for displacing a furnisher roll 13 is provided at a use position contacting a lateral side of a plate cylinder 11 and at a standby position separated from the plate cylinder 11. At the use position, a liquid reservoir part IR for reserving a coating material is formed in an area on an upper side of a portion at which an outer peripheral surface of the furnisher roll 13 and an outer peripheral surface of the plate cylinder 11 contact each other. The contact/separate mechanism 20 has a speed control mechanism 60 which controls a displacement rate of the furnisher roll 13, the displacement rate of the furnisher roll 13 is so controlled as to be slow at a position near the use position and to be quick on the standby position side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
