PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact light-emitting device of good mountability.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device includes a light-emitting element, substantially spherical first and second terminals for electrical connection with the light-emitting element, and a light reflection member for holding the light-emitting element and first and second terminals. The light reflection member has a bottom face, i.e., the mounting surface of the light-emitting device, a side face adjacent to the bottom face, a back face of the light-emitting device on the side opposite from the light emission surface side, and a terminal exposure surface continuous to the bottom face, side face, and back face. The first and second terminals have an exposure part exposed from the terminal exposure surface, respectively, and the exposure part is located on the inside of the outermost surface of the light reflection member, when viewing from the bottom face side, side face side and back face side thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
