Ridge parts 59, 159 having a height lower than the height of the breather-wall parts 61 in the direction of the cylinder center axis S1 are formed on the wall part 51 of the head cover 50, 150. Moreover, the ridge parts 59, 159 are formed in a region 51E of the wall part 51 of the head cover 50, 150 that is different than the wall part 51F that constitutes the breather chamber 60. With this configuration, it is possible to provide a head cover for a vehicle internal combustion engine having enhanced rigidity while preventing the structure thereof from becoming complex.
