Disclosed are an apparatus for molding a glass having a curved surface and a method for molding same. The apparatus for molding a glass of the present invention comprises: a transferring device for transferring a material; a preheating unit provided for preheating the material supplied by the transferring device; a curved surface molding unit for changing the shape of the material into the shape of a curved surface; and a cooling unit for cooling the curved surface-shaped material which changed shape by means of the curved surface molding unit. The curved surface molding unit has a plurality of curved surface-shaped cores formed thereon on which the preheated material is loaded, and the curved surface molding unit may comprise: a moving mold which is movably provided; a first mold which is disposed so as to face the moving mold; a plurality of cavities which are formed between the moving mold and the first mold; and a pneumatic device which generates vacuum pressure in the plurality of cavities so that the material is adsorbed to the curved surface-shaped cores.
