The energy-saving sheet (01) comprises at least one upper sheet (11), at least one lower sheet (12), at least one inner sheet (13), and multiple support structures (14), disposed between neighboring sheets. The upper edge of the upper sheet (11) and the lower edge of the lower sheet (12) are straight lines. An exhaust port (16) is formed in the side edge of the inner sheet (13). The exhaust port (16) is a through groove penetrating through the upper surface and the lower surface of the inner sheet (13). An exhaust pipe (17) is disposed in the exhaust port (16). The open end of the exhaust pipe (17) is located on the inner side of the exhaust port (16), and the closed end of the exhaust pipe (17) is located on the outer side of the exhaust port (16) and exists in the space formed between the upper sheet (11) and the lower sheet (12). The method for manufacturing the energy-saving sheet (01) comprises: sequentially disposing sheets and support structures therebetween; disposing a sealing material on the edge of the upper surface of the lower sheet (12) and the edge of the upper surface of the inner sheet (13); melting the sealing material by using a high temperature so that the edges of the sheets are sealedly connected together; and conducting vacuum-pumping through the exhaust pipe (17). The manufactured energy-saving sheet is of a fully planar structure, has excellent heat insulation, noise insulation and heat preservation performance, and has high strength.
