[Solution] It is possible to change the design of electronic membership authentication outputted by terminal devices by providing a membership management device with: a configuration information storage unit for storing configuration information for configuring the electronic membership authentication outputted by a terminal device for outputting electronic membership authentication during the launching of an application; a membership information storage unit for storing one or more types of membership information having a membership identifier; a change receiving unit for receiving a change to the configuration information; a configuration information update unit for updating the configuration information in the configuration information storage unit, according to the changes to the configuration information received by the change receiving unit; and an original information transmission unit for transmitting original information, which is information serving as the basis for the electronic membership authentication corresponding to the configuration information configured by the configuration information update unit, to one or more terminal devices corresponding to the one or more membership identifiers belonging to the one or more types of membership information stored in the membership information storage unit.
